Ingredients
- 1 steak, thinly sliced
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Fajita Sauce
- ⅓ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 teaspoons coconut aminos
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon arrowroot starch
Instructions
- Start by slicing the peppers, onions and steak into thin slices.
- Place a skillet on stovetop and turn the burner to medium.
- Add 1 Tablespoon olive oil to the skillet with the sliced vegetables.
- Toss the vegetables in the oil and cook until softened. (about 10 minutes)
- When the vegetables are soft, remove them from the skillet and place aside in a bowl.
- Add 1 Tablespoon oil and the sliced steak to the hot skillet.
- Cook the steak for 5-7 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
- While the steak cooks, add the fajita sauce ingredients to a small bowl and use a whisk to mix everything together.
- When the steak is done, turn the burner to low.
- Pour the fajita sauce over the steak and use a spatula to toss the steak and coat it in the sauce.
- Simmer the steak in the sauce on low for 2-3 minutes, then add the peppers and onion back into the skillet.
