Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cubed
Jerk Chicken Marinade
- 2 Tablespoon Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons minced garlic
- 1.5 Tablespoons ground ginger
- 3 Tablespoons coconut aminos
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and place in a large bowl or ziplock bag.
- Make the jerk chicken marinade. In a small bowl, combine marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Mix the marinade with the chicken to combine and coat the chicken.
- Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Once the meat has marinated, preheat your grill.
- Place the chicken on the grill with low to medium flame and grill until done in the middle.
- Top the cooked Jerk Chicken with mango salsa and enjoy. This is also served best over rice or in a jerk chicken taco!
