Ingredients
- 3 overripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tablespoons butter, melted
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup gluten-free sourdough starter
- 1.75 cups gluten-free flour blend
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Add the bananas to a bowl and use the potato masher to mash them.
- Add the eggs, vanilla, honey, melted butter and milk to the bowl and mix together to combine.
- Pour the gluten-free sourdough starter into the bowl and mix into the wet ingredients.
- Sprinkle the baking soda over the wet ingredients and stir it into the mixture.
