We love to meal plan our dinners for the week. Not only does meal planning dinner make meal-time that much easier, but it also saves time and money. We follow a simple meal plan based on categories for each day of the week. Every week we pick a recipe from the categories to make our meal plan.
Monday is comfort food. Tuesday is Mexican food. Wednesday is Italian or pasta night. Thursday is leftovers, quesadillas or oven-baked sandwiches. And Friday is pizza night.
