Crockpot BBQ Pulled Pork is a great slower cooker pork recipe made with crockpot pulled pork and a tangy and sweet barbeque sauce for easy weeknight dinners and delicious summer cookouts.
Ingredients
- 1 4 lb pork loin
- 2 cups of bone broth or water
- 1.5 cups barbeque sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons yellow mustard
- 2 Tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Add the pork loin and 2 cups of water or bone broth to your slow cooker.
- Place the lid on top of the slow cooker and program it to cook for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
- When the pork is done cooking and pulls apart easily or has an internal temperature of 145-160 degrees, use a measuring cup to remove 1 cup of the liquid from the crockpot.
- Once the excess liquid is removed, use two forks to shred the pork.
- Pour the barbeque sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic into the pot and use a spoon to mix the sauces together with the pork until the pork is coated.
- Serve the BBQ pulled pork on gluten-free buns.
