Ingredients
- 1lb ground venison
- 1 package taco seasoning or homemade seasoning
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 10 6-inch tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Add the ground venison into a cast iron skillet on the stovetop and cook to brown the meat.
- Add the taco seasoning and water (amount according to taco seasoning instructions) to the meat.
- Stir to combine,
- Fill each tortilla with the ground venison taco meat and cheddar cheese.
- Fold each tortilla in half with the meat and cheese on the inside and place on the sheet pan.
- Transfer the sheet pan into the oven and bake the tacos for 6 minutes at 425 degrees.
- After 6 minutes, flip the tacos over and bake for an additional 6 minutes.
- Remove the crispy tacos from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
