How to Make Buffalo Chicken Taquitos
Step 1. Add the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce to a skillet.
Step 2. Stir to coat the chicken in the sauce.
Step 3. Add the cream cheese to the skillet.
Step 4. Stir to melt the cream cheese and mix it into the chicken.
Step 5. Add the chicken and mozzarella cheese to a tortilla then roll the tortilla up.
Step 6. Place the rolled tortillas on a sheet pan and place the pan in the oven to bake.
Step 7. Once the bottoms are crispy, flip the taquitos over.
Step 8. Remove the pan from the oven then flip the taquitos back over so the seam is on the pan.

Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded chicken
- ⅔ cup buffalo sauce
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12 flour tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Add the shredded chicken to a skillet and pour the buffalo sauce over the chicken.
- Stir to mix the sauce and chicken together.
- Turn the burner to low heat and add the cream cheese to the skillet.
- Stir the chicken and cream cheese together to melt the cream cheese into the chicken.
- Once the cream cheese is melted, remove the skillet from the stovetop.
- Begin assembling the taquitos by adding a a generous amount of buffalo chicken to the center of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle the chicken with mozzarella cheese.
- Roll the tortillas up into a roll and place on the sheet pan with the seam side of the roll down on the pan.
- Transfer the sheet pan to the preheated oven and bake the taquitos at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- At 10 minutes, check the taquitos to see if the bottom is crispy. If the bottom is not crispy yet, leave the in the oven for 5 more minutes.
- When the bottom is crispy, remove the sheet pan from the oven.
- Flip every taquito over so the seam side is facing up.
- Return the sheet pan into the oven and bake for 10 additional minutes.
- Remove the sheet pan from the oven and flip the taquitos back over so the seam is down on the pan. The tops should be crispy now.
- Allow the taquitos to cool slightly before topping with sour cream or ranch to enjoy.
