Ingredients
- 4 cups pulled beef (3lb beef roast)
- ¾ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 dinner rolls
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Cut the rolls in half and place the bottom rolls on the sheet pan.
- Add the pulled beef and barbecue sauce to a mixing bowl and mix to coat the beef.
- Spread the BBQ beef over the bottom rolls on the sheet pan.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the meat.
- Place the top rolls on top of the meat and cheese.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.
- Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
- Remove the sheet pan from the oven and cut the sandwiches apart to serve.
