How to Make the Recipe
Step 1. Cut the rolls in half and top with the ground beef mixture.
Step 2. Place the bacon and pickles on top of the ground beef.
Step 3. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
Step 4. Place the top rolls on top, brush the rolls with butter and bake in the oven.

Ingredients
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons mustard
- 24 dinner rolls
- 1 cup chopped bacon
- 1 cup pickle slices
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Add the ground beef and minced garlic to a cast iron skillet and cook on medium to brown the beef.
- Once the beef is browned, turn the burner off and add the ketchup and mustard to the skillet. Mix the ketchup and mustard into the beef.
- Use a knife to cut the roll in half and place the bottom half of the rolls on the sheet pan.
- Spread the beef mixture over the rolls on the sheet pan.
- Place the bacon and pickle slices over the ground beef.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the bacon and pickles.
- Pace the top rolls on top of the cheese.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter.
- Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
- Remove the sheet pan from the oven and cut the sandwiches apart to serve.
