Ingredients
- 4 overripened bananas
- 6 Tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1.5 cups flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a bread pan with parchment paper.
- Add the over-ripe bananas to a bowl and use a dough hook to mash the bananas.
- Add the eggs, melted butter, brown sugar and vanilla to the bowl and mix together.
- Add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt to the bowl on top of the wet ingredients and use a dough hook to mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into the bread pan and place the pan in the oven to bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean out of the center of the bread loaf.
- Allow to cool before enjoying!
